Returns & Refunds
6 month Money-Back Promise! If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, you may return it within 6 months of purchase for a refund.
We require proof of purchase to honour a refund. If you provide us your information when you check out, we will typically have a record of your purchase.
Fair usage applies. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for empty containers or products that have been fully used.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
All returns must be in its original packaging. If the product is not in its original packaging we reserve the right to offer a partial refund only.
We will not be liable to refund you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 6 months of the product being delivered. If 6 months have gone by since your product was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Swallow Co, Unit 32, Capital Business Centre, 22 Carlton Rd, South Croydon CR2 0BS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
