We produce Swallow supplements in small, carefully controlled batches to maintain the greatest possible freshness and potency. Once a supplement bottle is open, the product is exposed to damaging oxygen. Every Swallow bottle gives you a 30 day supply, so it stays at maximum freshness right to the end of the bottle. 

Our main distribution centre in South London, along with local and EU satellite warehouses, supports a just-in-time system, so your supplements reach you fresh off the production line. 

All of our supplements are manufactured in the United Kingdom in GMP-certified (Good Manufacturing Practice) facilities. This certification, regulated by the UK government, ensures that every stage of production meets pharmaceutical-grade standards of safety, hygiene, and quality control.

Our main UK warehouse is based in South London, with additional support from our Stafford location. Delivery is free for all orders in the UK and billed at a flat rate of £10 for delivery overseas. 

All Swallow products come in compostable bottles made from plant matter by an innovative company called HEIS. We post every order out in 100% recycled card and paper packaging that you can recycle again.
