As I’ve only been on the product for 1 month, to see any real changes would be highly optimistic. As the results of this product will need a few more months of consistent intake to be noticeable. But, in regards to the process of consuming the capsules, it can be quite difficult at first. Considering the pills are quite large. It can take some getting used to. The supplier has mentioned in an email that it’s possible to pour the contents of the capsule into food and drink which I find most useful.
