Just finishing my first bottle. Started taking to reduce my anxiety and sleeping issues. Already knew magnesium helps for this things , and was taking different one before but when i stopped it all my anxiety came back even worse. I have taken my 1st full bottle now & I must say I’m starting to feel much better .
My sleep has always been erratic, but I’m finding I sleep longer before waking up now , I can get a good 4 hours in before I’m awake.
I have more energy & I’m definitely less sluggish & bloated .

Magnesium 4 complex is the best product I have tried in years. I suffer from afib and palpitations and having researched what could work to ease the symptoms i came across a cardiologist on the internet who suggested to take magnesium. After trying several other products and not seeing any results I decided to try this one. It has now been several months and I can report that the afib is a lot better and the palpitations have halved! If it’s heart health you need then this product is well worth a try.
